Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Autopilot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Autopilot is a content-automation workspace. It uses AI models to plan, write, review and render content, adapts that content to each connected social platform, and — when you enable it — publishes it on a schedule to the accounts you connect (for example Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Telegram and Discord).
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.
4. Connected platforms and your content
You authorise the Service to act on the platform accounts you connect, solely to publish and measure the content you configure. You remain responsible for everything published through your connected accounts and must comply with each platform's own terms, policies and community guidelines.
Automatic publishing is off unless it is explicitly enabled for your workspace. You are responsible for reviewing your settings before enabling it.
5. AI-generated content
Content is produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, inappropriate or similar to existing material. The Service includes automated review steps, but they are not a guarantee. You should review content before relying on it or publishing it, and you are responsible for the content you choose to publish.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing or infringing content;
- send spam or manipulate platform engagement;
- attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or circumvent usage limits and security controls;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.
7. Plans, billing and limits
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans with usage limits (such as posts, AI generations, connected accounts and API requests). Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
8. API access
API keys are personal to your workspace. Keep them secret, scope them to the minimum access needed, and revoke any key you believe is exposed. Requests are rate-limited according to your plan.
9. Availability and third-party services
The Service depends on third-party platforms and providers (social networks, AI models, hosting, email and payments). Their availability, rate limits, policy changes or API changes can affect the Service, and we are not responsible for outages or restrictions imposed by them, including limits or actions on your accounts.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for other users or the platform, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data in line with the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or for content that is flagged, removed or leads to restrictions on third-party platform accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Contact
For questions about these terms, please contact the service administrator.
